We understand that purchasing formal attire online can be challenging, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

25-Day Return Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 25 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.

Return Process

1. Contact Us:

2. Return Authorization:

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Packaging:

Please securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags, and include the RA number on the package.

4. Return Shipping:

 You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

5. Inspection and Refund:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Exceptions:

Customized, pre-ordered, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  Items purchased during clearance or sale events are final sale and cannot be returned.

How far in advance do I have to place my custom order?

We suggest placing your pre-order or custom order at least 6 weeks ahead of time. Our typical processing time spans from 6 to 8 weeks. Simply provide us with your event date, and we'll ensure you receive your garment well before that occasion.

I changed my mind can I exchange what I purchased?

If the item you bought is not a custom order, pre-order, or on sale, you can effortlessly exchange it. For local orders, just mail or return your purchase to our studio space, and we'll facilitate the exchange for you.

Can my child try on the dress or suit?

If you prefer a visual preview before making a purchase and would like to see the outfit on, feel free to contact us by phone, email, or through a direct message on Instagram. We'll be happy to arrange an exclusive appointment just for you in our studio space.
